Terms of Service.
By ordering a Commission you agree to the Terms of Service.
✧ I reserve the right to turn down a commission request if I do not believe to be able to fulfil the Client's request.
✧ I reserve the right to decline a commission or remove a client from the waiting line if they behave inappropriately towards me or in the comment section of my socials.Copyright.
✧ Commissions are for personal and non-commercial use only. I do not allow them to be used for NFTs.
I do not allow my works to be put into AI technologies.
✧ As original creator of the artwork, I own the copyrights and I’m allowed to use it (e.g. on my social media, portfolio) unless we agree otherwise.
✧ You are allowed to use the artwork for profile pictures, banners, avatars, character charts, reference sheets, roleplay etc, and print it for your personal use only.
✧ You are not allowed to sell copies of the artwork.
✧ You may also upload the artwork to your personal website or gallery accompanied by a credit line to at least one of my socials (Twitter would be the best one).Payment.
✧ Paypal is the only payment method. All prices are in euros.
✧ I take full payment after you have approved the first rough sketch.
✧ I’ll start working on the artwork only after the transition is complete.
✧ You’ll get a refund only in these cases: I fail to deliver the artwork after 3 months since the payment; I cannot end it because of force majeure.
✧ Prices may change with time so, please, check them before requesting a commission.
Process.
✧ Fill in the form for commissions you find on the homepage. I’ll display on my socials if commissions are open or not and if I have free slots.
If you're unsure or you wish first to speak with me text me on my socials.
✧ If I cannot accept your request and work on your commission, I'll let you know immediately.✧ When you have sent the form, I'll text you back so we can talk more in details about your commission. It may takes me a few hours to respond, remind this.
If you fear I haven't received the form, text me.✧ In the form you can add your ideas for the pose/expressions, but remind that I can decide whether or not use it for the artwork or that I may make some changes for the artwork’s design sake.
If you don’t specify the pose, I’ll pick one myself.
For portraits: if you don’t specify the expression, your character will have a neutral one.Remember: I will take creative freedom in all areas you don't describe.✧ I'll send you a few sketch to decide on the poses so you can choose your favourite and also make changes if you wish to add or change something to the sketch you chose.✧ After the pose has been agreed on, I'll make a rough sketch.
You can make unlimited changes to the rough sketch.
After the sketch has been agreed on big changes are not allowed anymore. We can add little details till the final steps of the process (e.g. scars, piercings).✧ After the sketch is approved, I will send you an invoice through Paypal. Be sure that the email you used for the google form is the same as your paypal account.✧ Next I'll show you a rough colored sketck. I'll be messy and ugly but I just need it so we can agree on the color composition. Remember that the rendered wips and the final version might have a slightly different hue for the artwork's composition sake, but don't worry, I won't change the colors you choose.Here an example: Before vs After
✧ You can request any updates on your artworks but remember that the final result will likely be very different from the WIPs. You can give me your comments or critiques on the WIPs, but no changes will be made on the final product.✧ I might upload some WIPs to my socials, in cases you wish to be tagged or you don’t want me to post them, inform me immediately when you request the commission.✧ Once it’s finished, I’ll send you the final artwork per email.Periods of work.
Depending on the type of commission and my schedule, a single artwork will take me a minimum of 5 days to complete, to a maximum of 14 days.In the section "Queue" you can see in which order I'm working for the commissions, so you can get a general idea of when your artwork will be completed.If you urgently need the artwork (e.g. is a gift for someone you know), I can change the order and work on your commission first BUT:
1. You’ll need to tell me the deadline (if I know I cannot finish it in time, I’ll not take the commission).
2. The price will increase from a minimum of +20% to a maximum of +50%, depending on the deadline.
Prices.
Will draw: OCs, fanart, illustrations, fantasy, sci-fi, real people portraits (with enough references), concept art sheets.
Won’t draw: NSFW, mecha, furry, children.
Headshot/Portrait: 25 €
Half Body: 40 €
Full body: 75 €
Extras:
✧ Additional characters: +60% of the original price.
✧ Complex backgrounds: +10-50% depending on the complexity. Simple backgrounds (e.g. base colors/shadows/sky) are included in the original price.
✧If you need the work done urgently, the price will increase from a minimum of +20% to a maximum of +50%, depending on the deadline.
Illustration:
The price depends on what you will ask me to do, but it will still follow the same pricing as is written above, +50% for the full background.In case the background has multiple people (e.g. crowded room/street, battlefield, etc) there will be a +40% on the final price.
This only apply when there are more than 2 people in the background.
Only exception: when the people have simple design and don't require much rendering. (e.g. see example n°4 below)✧ Example 1: You wish for 2 characters fighting, full bodies.
2 characters full body: 75€+49€(!)=124€ with a basic background.
[(!)= 75€ x 60%= 49€]✧Example 2: 2 characters, main one is full body, the other is half-body.
Full body (75€) + half body/2nd character (24€(!) ) = 99€
[(!)= 40€ x 60% = 24€]✧Example 3: Same as above but the character are fighting in a battlefields, with other people around.
99€+40%= 138€✧Example 4:
Single character full body (75€) + 50%= 110€
